Our Fine Art Portraiture studio opened earlier this summer and our new Website is now live - http://www.37degrees.photography

We made the decision to launch the site initially with a selection of Bridal fine art prints that we have produced over the past few months but there is a wider selection of non-bridal imagery to follow.

Situated on Edinburgh's prestigious George Street, in the heart of the historical Scottish capital, 37º Studio is a Fine Art Portraiture Studio run by award-winning photographers Lee Howell & Susan Torkington.

Accomplished photographers in their individual fields, both Lee and Susan felt the time was perfect to launch this exciting new venture, a commercial photography studio focussed on producing the very best fine art portraiture in Scotland.

Their use and understanding of of light to create truly timeless, classic pieces of photographic art, for a wide variety our clients, has seen the studio already incredibly busy since its launch.

Working closely with Edinburgh’s most creative and talented hairstylists and make-up artists, from Dickson Reid Hairdressing and Lauren Gollan Academy of Make-up Artistry, to ensure that our clients look their very best for each formal portrait session.

Our photography is driven by producing contemporary styled imagery that retains a strong classical edge, imagery that holds that air of timeless nostalgia. Shot in comfortable surroundings, with a friendly team, producing the very best fine art prints.

We would like to thank all our brides, models and fabulous creative team for helping us to bring this exciting new venture to market. It’s been amazing!
